TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Upfront Payment (50% or 100%)​

• No refunds after agreeing and paying the invoice.

• I have the right to decline your commission if I know I can’t do a good work.

​

• I retain copyright for drawing the pictures, client is allowed to reupload, print it and use it for personal uses unless comercial use is paid (see comercial usage below). Client is not allowed to resell the piece.

• Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.

​

• In case of reupload on social media please credit me in the description.

​

• Prices shown are base prices for non-comercial usage (see % below for comercial use) prices may go up for detailed characters.

​

• Client can cancel the commission any time if the invoice hasn't been paid.

​

• I have the right to post your commission public as a visual example unless agreed upon.

​

• Breaking the terms and conditions will result in permanent blacklist from my commissions.

Keep in mind I have social media to keep updated, that’s why some commissions may take longer than others or I work on other illustrations that's not commissions related.

COMERCIAL & OTHERS

​

• 50% of the original price: rush orders (ask if available).

• 80% of the original price: merchandise (poster, stickers, etc).

​

the % of the price for: original project document, promotional game art and assets for a game, will be discuss with the artist.

​

Comercial rights are not needed for twitch and other livestreaming services.
